HelpBook is a service operated by Let AI Services Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. It acts as a lead-generation and diagnostic surface for the Let AI agency.
What we collect
When you submit the HelpBook form, we collect:
- Your email address
- Company name, if you provide it
- Sector, department, and business size
- Your stated goals and operational pain points
- Your budget stage
How we use your data
- Task-list generation: Your form data is used to generate a personalised AI task list.
- Email delivery: We send that task list to the email address you provide.
- Lead handling: We store the submission so Let AI can follow up when there is a relevant fit for advice, training, or implementation support.
We do not sell your data to third parties.

- Supabase for database and serverless infrastructure
- Anthropic for AI-assisted task-list generation
- Resend for email delivery
- Vercel for website hosting
Retention
We retain submission data for up to 24 months to support relevant Let AI services. You can request deletion at any time by emailing hello@letai.services.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, or objection in relation to your data. You can also withdraw consent where consent is the lawful basis.
